What does it cost?

The audit is free. After that, we only get paid when you get results. We agree on the exact terms with you before we start, and there's no upfront fee.

Do I lose control of my listing?

No. You keep full ownership of your home, your account and your earnings. We work on your listing with your approval, and you can see everything we do.

Where do you work?

Worldwide. We work remotely with hosts in many countries and coordinate with local cleaners and helpers where you need them.

Is short-term renting allowed where my home is?

Rules differ by city and building. We check the local rules with you before we start, so there are no surprises.
